Prenatal Yoga Classes Prenatal yoga classes are offered every Monday and Thursday evening from 7:45 - 9pm. These classes are suitable for those who are experienced or new to yoga and at any stage of pregnancy. Our prenatal yoga classes aim to contribute to a more comfortable pregnancy and to prepare the body for birth and motherhood. Yoga is a great way to practice listening to intuition, using breath to bring steadiness, and learning about yourself. We will explore all of those things, but of course the best part of prenatal yoga is being able to spend time with other mamas, sharing resources, and lending support. You can access the schedule and register here.

Community & Celebration In yoga there is a term "sangha" that refers to a community working together to support each other in growth. Sangha used to be built into our geographical and family relationships, but in modern society is not as easily accessible as it once was. Through the all the changes of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood sangha is even more important. At East Eagle Yoga we aim to bring women together to support each other through these times of revolution and evolution. We want to celebrate the best and support each other through the difficult, none of us are alone.  Please join us in person and online, and particularly through our Facebook Group East Eagle Yoga Moms.
