Join us at East Eagle Yoga for an evening of women gathering in Sisterhood as we say goodbye to Winter and invite in the beginning of the awakening and rebirth of Spring. We invite you to come as you are in your most comfy clothes as we focus on contentment, comfort, and nourishment for our Mind, Body, & Soul, under the soothing energy of the Winter Moon and the final weeks of this calm but snowy season.
The evening will consist of a personal smudging, a collective smudge ceremony, an Oracle Card pull, light Yoga, Guided Meditation, aromatherapy, self care, a mini Sound bath, and connection.
