We invite you to attend any class that you feel meets your needs. If you find yourself in a class that is less or more strenuous than you had anticipated, we encourage you to make accommodations for yourself and listen to your body, honoring what you know is best for you. 


All Levels

 A 75 minute class that accommodates all students in attendance. Depending on class makeup, pose variations and guidance will be given so that students with a wide range of experience can have a beneficial practice. With a focus on connecting breath to movement this class offers yoga for everybody.


Beginner

A 75 minute class that is perfect for those that could benefit from a class with more verbal instruction and a moderate pace. 


Vinyasa

A 75 minute faster paced, “flow” type class with an emphasis on sun salutations which allows for an extended moving meditation.


Candlelight Yoga

A 2 hour class offered on the first Friday of each month. The first half hour of this class is dedicated to discussing a topic of yogic philosophy followed by a slightly extended yoga practice, savasana, and meditation practice.


Prenatal

A 75 minute class suitable for those who are experienced or new to yoga and at any stage of pregnancy. Our prenatal yoga classes aim to contribute to a more comfortable pregnancy and to prepare the body for birth and motherhood. Yoga is a great way to practice listening to intuition, using breath to bring steadiness, and learning about yourself. We will explore all of those things, but of course the best part of prenatal yoga is being able to spend time with other mamas, sharing resources, and lending support.


Mommy and Me

A 1 hour Yoga Movement and Music class for caregivers and their little ones ages 2-5 years old.


Yin

 A 75 minute class that is suited to those looking for a more  relaxing yoga practice using props that moves at a slower pace
