Prenatal Yoga Wednesday Evenings
Join other expectant moms on their pregnancy journey at East Eagle Yoga. We offer Prenatal Yoga Classes with Jennifer, a registered and experienced Prenatal Yoga Teacher and Doula trained, on Wednesdays at 7:45 pm and various pop up times throughout the month. Building community as well as practicing yoga in order to gain endurance, confidence, and strength in preparation for birth is what makes these classes so special. Our focus is on breathing, concentration, and relaxation techniques through stretching and classical Hatha Yoga poses for all trimesters of pregnancy. These 60 minute classes are suitable for those who are experienced or new to yoga and at any stage of pregnancy.
