Honor yourself in the maternal month of May with a peaceful and healing evening of Restorative Yoga and a Sound Healing Bath under the Full Flower Moon.

We will begin this beautiful evening relaxing with an hour of Restorative Yoga using bolsters, blocks and blankets follow by a Soundbath led by Sound Healer Cherie Linn. Cherie will use the crystal bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments to heal and transform the mind, body and spirit under the energy of the full moon.

Aromatherapy will be used to add to this relaxing experience.

Join Abby for this upbeat faster paced Yoga class where students can sharpen their skills with challenging poses and sequences. This is a community FREE club. East Eagle Yoga will provide coffee, tea, and mimosa and we ask anyone who attends to bring a “brunchy” food item or snack to share.

Our first two months have been so much fun, friends have been made, discussions have been so insightful, and laughs have been had. If you read the book please come out and if you didn’t get a chance to read but still want to be part of the discussion and this group, please come out!!

We will chose our next book together, we are open to all suggestions!

East Eagle Yoga has been leading our Yoga Alliance Approved 200 hour Teacher Training Certification program for nearly two decades. Our focus is on the self transformation journey including both the physical and philosophical practice of Yoga. The East Eagle Yoga lineage is deeply rooted to where Yoga began, at the source, and from these roots we are always evolving and growing to incorporate the ever expanding knowledge that is the practice of Yoga.

Applications are now being taken for our upcoming class of 2026, Our 6 month program runs from January to June. No previous Yoga knowledge is necessary.
