Please join us for an afternoon workshop focused on you, your well being and self care. As Yoga teachers or anyone leading fitness or wellness classes, we often times are giving so much of ourselves that we place our own needs, way down on the list of importance. Because of this we can become fatiqued, emotional exhausted and depleted of our energy. In this workshop we will re-group, take a breath, be a student, have some fun, and Nourish the Soul leaving you refreshed with a new perspective and the tools to take care of yourself so you can continue to be an inspirational and energized teacher for your students.

An evening of celebrating LOVE and connection with your partner, best friend, sister, or whoever is special in your life. We will move through a gentle 75 minute Yoga class mixing in partner Yoga poses with a playlist designed to align the couple's energy and vibration. This relaxing and gentle partner class is for anyone at any ability level. No prior Yoga experience is necessary. We will end the class with a calming crystal bowl sound bath and some delicious treats. A bottle of wine and some chocolate for each couple to take home is included.

Grab your magic carpets (or yoga mats) and come in for our Mom and Daughter Princess themed yoga class. Geared toward ages 8 and up. This class will use princess themed poses and playlist for the mothers and daughters to have fun and try yoga in a new way!

Goddesses we are adding, by popular demand, an impromptu Goddess Circle for this month on the very afternoon of the October Full Hunter's Moon! The Goddess Circle is a sacred space where women can connect to their divine feminine and become part of a sisterhood. Join us for an autumn afternoon of celebrating the Full Hunter’s Moon with oracle cards, smudging, body embellishments, light Yoga, a guided meditation, and a craft using essential oils.
