Prenatal Classes

Join other expectant moms on their pregnancy journey at East Eagle Yoga where we offer Prenatal Yoga Classes. Building community as well as practicing yoga in order to gain endurance, confidence, and strength in preparation for birth is what makes these classes so special. Our focus is on breathing, concentration, and relaxation techniques through stretching and classical Hatha Yoga poses for all trimesters of pregnancy. These classes are suitable for those who are experienced or new to yoga and at any stage of pregnancy. Please join us in person for a class and keep in touch with our prenatal community outside of class through our East Eagle Yoga Pre/Post Natal Facebook Group.
