Do you or anyone you know have issue with their knees? Knee issues can make some Yoga poses painful and can also make it difficult to easily get up and down from the floor during a Yoga class. Knee issues or any other physical limitations does not mean that you are limited from getting all of the benefits from Yoga and it doesn’t mean that you cannot participate in a Yoga class. Doing Yoga in a chair, and using the chair as a prop, can be useful for so many wanting to experience a full and complete Yoga practice. In a Chair Yoga class at East Eagle Yoga, you will leave stretched out, rejuvenated, confident, and calm.
This class is for everyone of any ability level and i am so excited to bring this to all in our community.
