Join us at East Eagle Yoga on Monday mornings and share in the Yoga experience and fun with your little one. This class is ideal for children ages 2-5 and their caregiver. Our amazing children's Yoga instructor will move the class through a series of mindfulness exercises and creative yoga poses to a fun playlist while incorporating breathing techniques at the end of class to calm the body and mind.
