Join us for an early morning Yoga retreat for the week as we embrace the sun's energy while it awakens in this season of Spring. We'll meet Monday through Friday, 5:30am-7am and move through an early morning Yoga practice as the sun rises in celebration of the season. Our mornings will consist of Yoga, pranayama, philosophy, meditation, and a sound bath on the final day of our retreat. A beautiful way to begin the day and the season of spring!
