Jennifer Green, RYT 500, E-RYT 500, YACEP
Jennifer was drawn to the practice of Yoga as a way to take a breath from the busyness of daily life. What started as a physical practice on the mat has blossomed over the years into a self transformation journey to include a focus on mindfulness, breath, and meditation. Yoga has brought stability and peace to every aspect of Jennifer’s life. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at East Eagle Yoga and continued to dive deeper into her practice to become an RYT 500 and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). Jennifer is passionate about continuing the Yoga lineage of East Eagle Yoga and she does that by leading the yearly 200 Hour Teacher Training Program at East Eagle Yoga. She is certified in Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga (SUP) and completed Prenatal Training at East Eagle in 2018. The connection of mind, body, and spirit through Yoga, energy healing, self care, and community building. is a common theme in Jennifer’s practice and fuels her love of teaching Yoga. She leads monthly Full Moon Circles at East Eagle Yoga to strengthen the female bond within the community and enjoys running Yoga/Self Care retreats. In a class with Jennifer, whether you are just starting out or have been practicing for years, you will experience Yoga as a way to unwind, restore, and rejuvenate the body and mind.
Janette Milano, RYT
Janette was looking for a complement to her rigorous running routine and stumbled upon yoga 5 years ago. Yoga provided her with the improved flexibility and strength which positively impacted her running. But what was unexpected but largely appreciated, was the calmness, clarity, and mental strength yoga revealed to her. From asanas to meditation, she strives to challenge her body and mind with every practice. She finds yoga not only a complement to her running, but a necessity in life. She took her practice to the next level by completing the 200 hour teacher training program at EEY in 2014 and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She looks forward to challenging the minds and bodies of all levels of students at EEY.
Tom Padden, RYT
Tom started practicing yoga in 2006. He has always been fairly active and involved in various sports, and as a result has had his share of nicks and injuries. A friend suggested that yoga could help him with muscle flexibility and strengthening of the core. At that time, knowing nothing about yoga, he decided to give it a try. Although Tom does enjoy the physical aspects of yoga, through his practice he has learned more about breathing, how if effects the body, and how it calms both body and mind. Wanting to learn more about the yoga philosophy, psychology, and history, Tom enrolled in the East Eagle Yoga Teacher Training program. Tom graduated from the EEY Teacher Training program in 2012. Tom continues to practice yoga both on and off of the mat. He is constantly learning more about himself and his practice. Tom looks forward to helping others, no matter what level of experience, discover the many benefits of yoga. Namaste!

Lisa Palumbi, RYT
“Remember that wherever your heart is, there you will find your treasure” Paulo Coehlo
When Lisa first stepped into East Eagle Yoga in 2016, she did not own a mat and did not know what “namaste” truly meant. By the end of that first class, she had made up her mind to create a space for yoga in her life. Turning to a passion of hers, she began reading about leading a yogic lifestyle for both her and her family. Learning about the benefits of yoga, making time during the week practicing yoga both at home and in the studio, Lisa was convinced that yoga was going to be one of her treasures.
In 2019, Lisa decided to enroll in the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at East Eagle, stretching her mind and body to lengths she didn’t realize she was capable. The training confirmed for her that as humans we never stop growing and learning. She appreciates the focus yoga has given her and the awareness it has brought to the delicate balance of all things in life.
Lisa is a daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend, avid photographer and chocoholic. She loves practicing with her family and instilling in them a sense of wonder of our “one wild and precious life.”

Caitlin Turner, RYT
While dealing with struggles of anxiety and depression over the years, Caitlin searched for a self-care practice that would help provide some relief from both. That is when she discovered yoga. From her first moment on the mat, Caitlin could feel that this was more than self care. It was a transformation of mind, body, and spirit. Looking to expand that transformative journey, Caitlin completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at East Eagle Yoga. She cannot wait to continue her studies, delving deeper and deeper into the world of yoga. Through teaching, Caitlin hopes to share the peace, clarity, and light that yoga has given her. She aspires to make all who join her feel welcomed and supported, while encouraging them to take their yoga off the mat and out into the universe.
