We are ready to embark upon our 14th year of offering the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training/Self Transformation Journey Program. Due to an overwhelming interest in beginning the program early in 2022, we have decided to start our 10 month program the weekend of January 21 and 22. At this time we have two spaces remaining for the class of 2022. Are you ready? Is this the year you change your life?
