Our November workshop will focus on the slow and sensual aspects of belly dance. We will stretch, curve, & sway from head to toe. No previous dance experience needed. If you have some experience under your hip belt, Amalia is happy to add some challenges for you.

Amalia has been studying Arabic and Greek music and dance since childhood, and performing & teaching belly dance (known as Raqs Shariqi in Arabic) for over 20 years. Both as a teacher and performer, she focuses on intuition and improvisation, guiding her students and audience to tap into the music, energy, and emotion of this beautiful dance form.
