First Friday Yoga is a long time tradition at East Eagle Yoga. Join us for a 2 hour class offered on the First Friday of each month. The first half hour of this class is dedicated to discussing a topic of yogic philosophy followed by a slightly extended gentle yoga practice by candlelight. We invite you to relax and enjoy tea and a baked treat before or after this relaxing class.
