Take a break to catch your breath as we come out of the holiday season and into the New Year. Join us for an evening of slowing down and restoring the body and mind. During this 2 hour Restorative Yoga class by Candlelight, we will move through comfortable yoga poses supported by bolsters, pillows, and blankets complemented by aromatherapy to transcend the senses into bliss and total relaxation. The class will end with a mini Soundbath to leave the mind and body in a totally relaxed state.

Following class, enjoy a glass of wine or a seasonal cup of tea and cheese/crackers.
