Is the Summer of 2026 the Summer of self discovery and transformation? Have you been wanting to dive deeper in to your Yoga practice and gain the knowledge and skills to become a Yoga Teacher? Are you being called to discover more about yourself?

Our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training RYT Program is in its 18th year and East Eagle Yoga is certified by The Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga School. Yoga Alliance® registers both individual yoga teachers and yoga teacher training programs who have complied with educational standards established by the organization.

Our Summer immersion 6 week program is offered hybrid with Tuesdays and Thursday from 9-12 am being in studio, along with one weekend, combined with Zoom and on line classroom study. You will receive the 200 RYT Yoga Alliance Certificate at the end of this 6 week Summer Program. Build friendships and a community that will last a lifetime while going on this journey of self discovery.

Included in tuition is unlimited yoga for the duration of the program, guest expert instructors, all materials, in addition to our traditional curriculum in both the philosophy and physical practice of Yoga.

It has been our experience when training teachers in the past, that many students who attend teacher training do not necessarily intend to teach yoga when the program is complete. These are students looking to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga in a significant way. There is no requirement regarding your past experience or expertise in yoga, just a willingness to learn and a sincere interest in personal growth. The time spent in teacher training is a profound experience of self-exploration and sincere study.
