Is 2026 your year of self discovery and transformation? Have you been wanting to dive deeper in to your Yoga practice and gain the knowledge and skills to become a Yoga Teacher?

Our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training RYT Program is in its 18th year and East Eagle Yoga is certified by The Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga School. Yoga Alliance® registers both individual yoga teachers and yoga teacher training programs who have complied with educational standards established by the organization.

Included in tuition is unlimited yoga for the duration of the program, guest expert instructors, a Pocono weekend Yoga retreat, all materials, in addition to our traditional curriculum in both the philosophy and physical practice of Yoga.

It has been our experience when training teachers in the past, that many students who attend teacher training do not necessarily intend to teach yoga when the program is complete. These are students looking to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga in a significant way. There is no requirement regarding your past experience or expertise in yoga, just a willingness to learn and a sincere interest in personal growth. The time spent in teacher training is a profound experience of self-exploration and sincere study.
