Have you been thinking about deepening your Yoga practice, becoming a Yoga teacher, or looking for a journey of self discovery?

Join us as we embark on the 19th year of our Teacher Training/Self Transformation Journey at East Eagle Yoga. Our program is Yoga Alliance approved and has been home to well over a hundred graduates that teach locally, as well as, worldwide. Over the years as our classical Hatha studio has grown we are proud that our lineage and program has remained the same.

Our program starts in January 2025 and ends in June. For the first time, we have included a special Pocono Yoga retreat in the tuition and, as always, we have an exciting year planned.
