Is 2025 the year of change for you? Have you been thinking about becoming a Yoga teacher or diving deeper in to the practice of Yoga?

If the answer is yes, please join us on Thursday 11/21 at 5:30 pm for an information session into our Yoga Alliance Approved 200 hour teacher training program. The lineage of East Eagle Yoga is directly from India and our Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program is coming up on its 19th year.

We also have detailed information on our website including pricing, dates and areas of study. Included in the tuition this year along with all materials and UNLIMITED YOGA is a weekend Pocono Yoga retreat.

All are Welcome, any age over 18, and any ability level. This a program for all.
